Very poor support from Telenor Pakistan. My international roaming complaint was closed saying “customer unreachable,” while your agent contacted me on WhatsApp. No resolution, no proper follow-up. Is this how customer issues are handled?

@telenorpakistan I inserted my sim to another handset, i restarted all phones again and again and manually selected the networks but non of this worked and I already conveyed this to your team , but instead of notifying me they always close ticket and giving the reason we couldn’t reach you. Lies

Why its not clear aksai e chen is part of j&k state or not in the new map of pakistan? Why Eastern border of state is open? Not showing the borders with China and India in east north east and south east.
