I downloaded an app you can heat map pain on 3D human to track it. Took so long to do normal day I gave up-showed K who declared “your ankles hurt?always?You’ve never said” me:“if Iisted ALL pain daily you’d get fed up! So I only moan if gone beyond 10/10” 🤣
