@outofunion @katiec1314 Years ago my Scottish note was refused in Costa in Birmingham. I wrote to the CEO and was told it shouldn’t have happened and the staff would be retrained. I also was given a voucher for free coffee and cake.

@ComplainHelp_DM I have followed and not a sure why you would want my email and phone number as that won’t get my parcel here any quicker…. And I have sent my refund number in a DM. My point being why send a message that a parcel is being delivered today when it is patently obvious it won’t!
