Serious query: can a Delhi police officer, please show me the legal provision under which they are picking up protesters from the jurisdiction of Parliament Street Police Station, and then releasing them near the outskirts of Delhi, outside that jurisdiction of Parliament Street. I would like to be educated by Delhi police officials on this aspect. What I do know is that every action and order of the Delhi police is governed by law and rules, on paper.

@DCPNewDelhi @DelhiPolice , there are alarming reports that Neha Bora, leader of AISA, who has been spearheading the protest in Delhi seeking resignation of Gyanesh Kumar, has been taken away in a white car by policemen, from the protest near Jantar Mantar about 5:00PM on 4th October.
No information about her has been given to her friends and party associates who were present at the protest with her. It is also reported that there were only male police men in the car that drove off with Neha Bora.
Has Neha Bora been arrested by Delhi police? Surely, you are familiar with the law and procedure. Where is the arrest memo? Have you informed friends and associates of Neha Bora? What legal provisions have you detained her under? Where is Neha Bora being detained?
