Most non-STEM majors at elite universities have no idea what serious intellectual demands feel like. They're smart with words. Being smart with math is a different ballgame. I wish all of them could have the experience I had in grad school at MIT, when I had to realize how dumb I was at advanced math. Humiliation can be good for you.
As a software engineer, it's very important to learn about Gall’s Law, which states that complex systems cannot be created successfully from scratch.
In reality, even large systems, such as Netflix, Google, or Facebook, have started small and built incrementally over the course of decades.

I’m not sure that’s the way with BGT in a few weeks time.. the squad is anyway very low in experience and we’re talking about giants of the game. You bet on them to turn it around .. it’s the approach and maybe rigorous practice where the answer lies for now ..
@PriyankarAmit@virenrasquinha I don’t understand the motive behind weigh ins, the whole process of weight cutting is a hack to gain unfair advantage. Why not simply compete at your average weight and weigh in just before the bout? It has been unnecessarily complicated.
Logging into SBI account is the most stressful experience ever. Is there something that tops this in any bank across the world?

An influencer gets called an influencer only after he is successful, a STEM person just needs to graduate to be called a professional. So by definition, all influencers are successful. A broke guy with 500 followers making reels is called unemployed and not influencer.
"How did this dumbfuck influencer make crores while so many millions of IITians, lawyers, doctors and CAs are unemployed"
Hilarious to me still that people still don't understand basic supply-demand economics.
You need to be irreplaceable, simple as that. If there is only one of you, you can set your own value. You make your own market.
If there are thousands like you, you are a cog in the wheel. A man with no identity. Lost in the crowd. One of the million CVs in the inbox of the HR. Replaceable in the blink of an eye.
You are stupid because you don't understand how leverage and scale works. You think a degree from a supposedly prestigious university is supposed to make you superior than someone who sells tea and makes viral content. This is because your elitist mind makes you believe what he does is cringe and beneath you.
"I would never", you say.
"Over my grave", you say.
You think it's easy.
"All that these guys do is dance and embarrass themselves."
"Yeah man, the algorithm pushes your content."
The internet and the creator economy has become a leveller in many ways to this gatekeeping mindset.
You can't run to a college to define your value now. You need to actually create real value.
Real viewership. Real distribution. Real revenues. Real impact. Real scale.
