@swatieyz Been using this for two years now in India. It’s a great product and a no brainier. Whilst there is no physical support presence in India, their global support team is very responsive and usually resolves all issues promptly
@koparoclean not sure why you accept orders when you are not able to deliver them. Ordered stuff over two and a half weeks back and even your customer service team has no idea when it will be delivered. They keep giving templated responses. @Simrankhara1

@virsanghvi This is spot on! There is Singapore Airlines,Taj hotels DNA as a part of the larger ecosystem of the Tata Group. With the right strategic direction and tactical efforts, getting the customer experience right should not be a challenge, irrespective of product.
Just received a message from @Finnair that I have been downgraded to economy even though I have a fully paid Business Class ticket. Appalled that a step of this nature would be taken! Please resolve at the earliest

Appreciation post for @zomato@zomatocare. Recently placed a fairly large order. Promptly got a call from an assigned agent saying you have placed a large order, “Is there a special occasion you are celebrating?” to which I promptly said that it’s my mother birthday. (1/3)
The sweet lady on the other end shared birthday wishes which sounded rather genuine and mentioned that we will send a little surprise for your mother. Sure enough with the order I received a cake with a message “Happy Birthday to the best Mom”.(2/3)
@KapilChopra72 @airvistara @airindia Completely agree. Vistara has built a great airline and even better brand value. One sees no such signs with Air India in the last couple of years. As customers, we stand to lose.
