@JGaladePablo@SerendipityWrk Thanks for questions! Yes, we used a conventional two-sheath-flow PDMS channel, with no specific design. The only requirement might be that the bottom of the channel should be a thin coverslip (~0.17mm) not a glass slide, to be compatible with the 60xOL working distance.
