@SerendipityWrk Hi Mr. S.W.2020, thanks for questions! Yes, the objective pair and their alignment are essential to get an untwisted image at the image sensor. Although the image distortion is not so sensitive to the angle of the objective pair here, the energy efficiency does.

@JGaladePablo @SerendipityWrk Thanks for questions! Yes, we used a conventional two-sheath-flow PDMS channel, with no specific design. The only requirement might be that the bottom of the channel should be a thin coverslip (~0.17mm) not a glass slide, to be compatible with the 60xOL working distance.
