MoneyToday, one of Korea's largest business media outlets, published an interview about arclow today.
The article covers both our ambition for the founders we serve and where we are today on business and product.
Last but not least, huge thanks to Hye Joo Lee, Sazze Partners' design consultant, for the beautiful work on the brand, logo, and website. It was a pleasure, and we're already looking forward to bringing this same level of craft into the product as our next project together!
I've been working with Sazze Partners to completely revamp arclow's brand, logo, and website — and today it's ready to share with the world.
arclow is the US expansion OS for international founders, and our new logo carries that whole idea in one mark:
Start with what you need now and scale as you grow — from a one-time incorporation pack to a fully-run back office. Please check out our new website: https://t.co/K8Y37jtwCo
The representative told me she couldn't locate my invoice and put me on hold for a few more minutes. She came back and couldn't locate it and it has been ~25 minutes already.
I just told her to follow up with me over email, and ended the call.
This was a very bad experience.
Worst CS call from #gusto. I received an invoice with a charge of $199 and wanted to ask why.
Spent 20 minutes verifying who I am and what my company is (i probably repeated my company name 10 times during the call), finally get to verify who I am, and when I made the ask,
If you're an international founder expanding to the US and dealing with incorporation, banking, tax, accounting, or home-country compliance headaches, reach out and let's see how Arclow can help. #USexpansion#incorporation#Homecountrycompliance#startup
Closing one customer after another, working with design partners to build the right product, nervously delivering product value for the first time, and hearing a customer who'd been stuck on US expansion for weeks say,
"Working with Arclow was a wow moment... Will absolutely recommend you to my network."
They say don't seek validation. But customer validation feels different.
This feels good. And it reinforces my conviction that what we're building at Arclow matters.
I'm moving my family to the Bay Area in May to build Arclow from the epicenter of global tech and startups.
"If you truly want something, go get it." That's the mantra I've lived by my entire life. Here's what that looks like in my life:
The pattern is the same every time: I build conviction first, and then I go get it.
Arclow is next — building the operating system for international founders expanding to the US. The Bay Area is where the best international founders come when they're serious about America.
It's how fast you can cycle through: feed context to AI → harness what it produces → then go create new context that moves the business forward. And repeat.
The founders who figure out that rhythm are going to be very hard to compete with.
Working with Claude Code feels like onboarding the smartest new teammate who just joined your company.
You give it context on your business, product, sales, recruiting, and it's genuinely enjoyable because it feels like mentoring someone who will outgrow you as fast as possible.
Going forward, I think how fast you can do these three things will be what separates great founders and operators:
1. Feed context to AI
2. Harness AI based on that context
3. Create new context for yourself, your team, and your AI to make real progress on business and product
