@NatWest_Help @TheDomLaBomb Why are you still telling people to log on via the online banking when multiple customers have told you this isn’t possible due to it requiring authentication by the app? Also not possible to get in touch via the phone as they are so busy.

@Louise62180 @NatWest_Help @TheDomLaBomb 1) @NatWest_Help obviously do not use their own app. Which customers don’t blame them, but we do blame NatWest for not setting up online banking with biometric approval that’s also online & doesn’t require mobile access. SO easy to set up. Standard feature of high street banks.

Obvious problem Lauren with your response re online banking is it only works with mobile biometric approval- & today’s core issue, as always, is that your app is down. With the wrong explanation « Error connecting with your device … ». Don’t you get these issues?

@HenryKarlsonIII @elonmusk I’m trained to handle people with Asperger’s, ADHD+. But there’s no training yet to handle one of the most powerful people in our world with Asperger’s+.
This is our global problem.
Because Elon, like everyone else with Asperger’s (+ ADHD, often together), can’t change.
