I’d say there’s a strong possibility! I’m not 100% on anything yet, considering I haven’t even tried to tackle a full body of his yet,,

But from looking at concept art and his model his thighs seem (for lack of a better word) like wires!

I think what threw me off was it seems like at the start of his thighs there’s a possibility there’s still flesh?

It’s almost like Chernobog is slowly eating away and turning him more and more into something it can use/control (as evidenced by one of his arms) 🤔
