Really frustrating

No #customercare option on @amazonnow in India. Much better to use @instamart_it or @letsblinkit

No HUMAN #customerservice available for problems with @amazonnow orders which is necessary for quick delivery service.

@instamart_it and @letsblinkit have reasonable #customerservice set up. @amazonnow does not understand the customer service needed for instant deliveries. If a 5 minute delivery does not arrive for 3 hrs (finally a human) & one has to still badger for a refund. well ...
