@JioCare I have upgraded my jiofiber from 699 to 899 combo plan through the notification link in myjio app with free setup box as per the notification. But after 72 hours still not received the voucher in myjio app for free setup box.

@JioCare Lot of mails, spoke with customer service executive many times nothing happens . If you're not ready to provide free setup box why you're displaying false notification that free setup box for plan upgrade from 699 to 899

@JioCare Already sent 5 mail regarding this,for everything you have standard format that within 48 hours should get resolved. For every mail I am getting this 48 hours reply. But in reality nothing happens. All are eyewash. Very cheating service by jiofiber

@JioCare My jio fiber no 9144-35906774. I have upgraded the plan from 699 to 899. But without providing setup box you have upgraded the plan. I am struggling to get the setup box from 11th June with customer care. Very dissappointing service by jiofiber
