No. And I don't think Mary would want to be associated with any religion as the mother of the Church, the Body of Christ; I think she would want to be remembered generation to generation as the LORD's mother. She was chosen by God to be the vessel in which His Son would come into this world in fulfillment of the Scriptures. She was chosen; the Word of God does not say she was without sin; only that she was highly favored. Only Jesus Christ was born and lived a sinless life.

Luke 1: 46 - 48 "And Mary said, my soul doth magnify the Lord, and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed."

In these verses the Bible says that Mary rejoiced in God her Savior (Mary acknowledged needing a Savior) and that future generations would call her blessed. The word "blessed" means "happy" not "holy."

"There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God". - 1 Samuel 2:2.

Because the Bible says so about those who do not seek life or the truth:
Romans 3:13: "Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips".
Psalm 5:9: "For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue".

No. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was sinless. Popes sin. Every pope in history, including pope Leo was born with a sin nature from Adam - just like you and me. There is nothing holy about a pope whatsoever and certainly the Catholic Church does not represent the gospel of being saved by grace.
I have NEVER heard the pope declare the message of salvation from the Bible, "For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; not of works, least any man can boast."
How can anyone born with a sin nature be an earthly representation of the sinless Son of God, who stands at the right hand of the Father?
I'm asking you, have you ever heard a pope declaring that salvation, in this dispensation of God's glorious grace, is a free gift by faith?

God sees and hears the conversations you were not invited to. Make no mistake about that.
He hears the words spoken about you when you were not present. He knows the intentions of every heart, behind all the smiles.

When God removes a counterfeit from your life even if it is family member or friend it is to make room for what is real; what is right; people who are rooted in Him.

People’s true character is rarely revealed during seasons of ease and comfort; when everything is going great. However, a person’s reaction to disappointment, anger, and hurt doesn’t hide their character, it reveals it.
The people, who are assigned to your life by God, will love you - warts and all - and will be for you; not against you.

Yes I agree. I have never heard the pope preach the gospel that saves: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9

It is so wonderful what the Lord Jesus Christ did while He was here on earth. He came to earth so that any one who believes that He was crucifed, died, and was buried, for the forgiveness of my and your sin...by faith in Him, the Son of God, gets to go to heaven! The Scripture says so!!!

I've never heard that truth coming from the pope.
Why? Perhaps the pope doesn't read the Holy Scripture but trusts Catholic tradtion over and above the Word of God???

Note that the Scripture, in this dispensation of the grace of God, doesn't say we are saved by keeping the 10 commandments (no one is able to do that); it doesn't say we are saved by receiving the sacraments or that the sacraments makes us more holy and acceptable to God; it doesn't say we are saved by trying to be good, confessing our sins to a priest who is a human being with a sin nature, attending Mass and lighting candles for the souls in purgatory by following the teachings of the Catholic Church as the true Church. The Holy Scriptures do not support it.

It says, "For by grace are ye saved..." It is a gift.

I don't hear the gospel that saves at all coming from Leo: The Word of God says "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4.

I have not heard a word from this pope that salvation is a free gift by faith; received by trusting soley in the Son of God for the foregiveness of sins.
