@British_Airways We did and there are no updates still. I tried calling to help locate our luggages because I can see the trackers from my Findmy app but the person over the phone didn’t seem interested to update my file. My claim still says they’re missing.

@british_airways is so inefficient. They forced us to check in our carry on luggage. And they’ve lost all our luggages, including our carry on that they made us check in. They’re slow and have no sense of urgency.

It’s been 48 hours and you’re still not able to find our luggages? They also broke my baby nephew’s stroller & one of our big luggages and they lost one of my sister’s luggages. They have no sense of urgency. Disappointing. @britishairways
