@SingaporeAir horrible service! Had purchased extra legroom seats for my parents travelling from @DelhiAirport to @flySEA. Had booked extra legroom seats and paid for the same while the attendant at the counter has changed the seats and given regular seats. This is unacceptable.

Would request @DGCAIndia and @sureshpprabhu to look into this unethical and insensitive behaviour of the airline and its staff towards passengers. The ground staff even went to the extent of lying that the said seats didn't exist on board!!

If anything, you should've upgraded them to the next higher class but swindling like this is unacceptable. They're on different seats and that too without leg space, all of this after booking and paying for seats in advance.
