@PrsonStufJunrio@N4w4fKholin Not only do we have a verifiable anchor for Ibraheem’s death, but the very event itself contains a sign of authenticity that any false prophet would have failed instantly.
@NeophyteOne@drunkenmujahid @pixiedesarre @danyal1428@celitiann A delay of 4 years was invented? lol.
On 27 January 632, his infant son Ibraheem from his coptic concubine died. When the sun eclipsed that day, people started rumours of God's blessing on the infant. The prophet swiftly corrected them. The prophet passed away 4 months later.
@HeroAbility@reasoned_islam The final passage of Baqarah is possibly the most well known and recited prayer ever. You don’t need to make up stuff to console yourself man, just read.
@reasoned_islam "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." - Psalm 46:1 ... you have no such direct promises in Islam. The closest is Surah Al-Baqarah ayah 186, which is not actually a promise to help. Or Surah Ash-Sharh ayah 5&6 which is just an observation of forces.
Who knew the bane of the iPhone in 2026 was going to be being unable to play a short looped audio at human audible levels to wake you up? The alarm literally refuses to make any sound so I got a backup alarm app, and now that has been randomly banned from sounding too.
