@PizzaHutIN charged more than menu price, no clear explanation when asked, kept me waiting when I asked for invoice, and then gave a random screen photo as bill.
@jagograhakjago is this acceptable?
@JioMart_Support gift card is a trap. You just stole my ₹387 out of ₹500 gift card.
Your Grievance Officer sent a useless template ignoring your own system's bug. If gift card can't be redeemed in parts then why did you allow it?
Fix this and give me my money back. @CRED_club
@CRED_support So I'll ask again, @CRED_club / @JioMart: WHY DID YOUR SYSTEM ALLOW A PARTIAL REDEMPTION AND STEAL MY MONEY?
Stop blaming me and fix your broken tech. This is a failure and I want my money back.
@CRED_support This is an absolute joke.
My call with @CRED_support conveniently dropped the second I cornered the agent on the system flaw.
Now you send me this DM which PROVES MY POINT. It literally says: "partial redemption isn’t supported."
Here’s how @Flipkart's flawed process creates a trap for customers. A thread (1/3):
I ordered a @TTKPRESTIGELTD gas stove. It was an Open Box Delivery. No physical, visible damage was found, so I accepted the delivery with the OTP.
For the record: I'm a Plus Gold member, hold a Flipkart @AxisBank Credit Card.
Customer loyalty means nothing. You get the same flawed system and scripted rejections.
For appliances, don't trust the process. Either be prepared for the loss, or support your local store instead.
Are customers now required to carry gas cylinders to their doorstep to fully install and test appliances before the delivery person can leave?

@IndiaTriumph@IndiaTriumph Why maintain an X account if basic queries take longer than postal mail?
A simple piece of information shouldn’t be this difficult to provide.
@flipkartsupport Disappointed with the service from @Flipkart. As a Plus member, I expected a simple exchange for a defective product to be a smooth process. Instead, my request has been stalled for days with no clarity or resolution.
Is this the standard for loyal customers?
