@zenwolf1337 Any big project with a public sale will inevitably have gas wars. The point of a Dutch auction starting at the floor is to eliminate those who are trying to make a quick flip. But yes there will always be gas 😂🤷♂️
The only reasonable Dutch auction system is one where the auction occurs after a whitelist mint. This way the floor is already more or less determined, and people don’t have to play a guessing game about how much ETH is worth spending.
With the current meta, I feel like the market will pump good projects with cheap mints out of proportion because if you’re the only thing people want to pay for, you’re bound to do well.
@the_lalbain I’d say a lot of that comes down to your capital. If your spending most of your money on a kaiju, it’s hard to grow your portfolio—especially if you’re buying a baby kaiju. But there’s definitely worthwhile alpha talks and a tight-knit community if you capital to act on it.
Sometimes the best thing you can do in the NFT space is just wait. Buy something you truly believe in, and just sit on it for a while. You don't always have to make a quick flip.
Sold the majority of my assets to ape into @Forgot3thWorlds GENESIS. So much value retuned to holders in the form of token staking, alpha talks, community fun, whitelist giveaway opportunities, and lots more. Looking forward to the V2 Collection and where this goes in the future!
