Congratulations to the Republic of Kazakhstan on passing the soil law which addresses soil monitoring, protection and restoration of degraded soils. Rich soil is the greatest gift we can offer to our children and coming generations. May the Republic of Kazakhstan inspire its neighbors and the rest of the world to follow suit. Best wishes. -Sg @TokayevKZ@aqorda_press #SaveSoil
Instead of outraging on a quarter of a million women being groomed and gang raped in Britain, these psychopaths at the @BBCNews, who admitted to evading tax in India, are instead outraging on one woman who claims she contracted a disease 19 years ago after her visit to India.
During the Congress regime, I was summoned by a top Doordarshan official and told that my kalawa [sacred Hindu thread] must not be visible on the screen. I refused to remove my kalawa. It is my identity; it is a matter of pride for me. - @AshokShrivasta6, Anchor and Journalist
Half of our lungs is hanging out in the form of trees and plants. Why are we not saving them? Our children's future is in jeopardy of we don't act now. India's soil is turning into desert. With just 0.62 % organic content, nothing much left. #savesoil
Pakistanis and Kanglus write “Indian” on their restaurants abroad to earn a respectable living. But the same people also target India 24X7. Such losers

I recently came across Indian students going to Vietnam to study medicine and the colleges there charge them ₹4 lakh a year (about $4600) in fees. I am told the quality of education is good.
Vietnam's GDP per capita is about $4700 and our southern states are at about the same level now or a bit below it. The fees they charge foreign students are about the same as their per capita GDP, which makes sense.
Why are our medical colleges so expensive compared to our per capita GDP? How is Vietnam able to offer lower cost education to foreign students? It is a shame that Indian students have to go abroad to get an affordable medical education.
I want to add that Singapore, one of the most advanced economies in the world and one of the most livable cities, relies extensively on public transport. Singapore also limits the number of private cars through the mechanism of open market trading of Certificate of Entitlement (COE) needed to own a car and the certificate costs more than Singapore $100K (and the car price is on top of that).
Indian cities are far more dense than Singapore. We have to build extensive public transport to make our cities livable. It can be done.

Thanks for this report @PadmajaJoshi
It’s high time unverified ‘evidence’ and the wrong called ‘whistleblowers’ are shown the door. This country has had enough. Thank you Delhi High Court.
The Education Minister of TN quoted a few points, but here’s where he is wrong.
- A unit constituted by the DMK govt to hide its fallacies said in February 2025 that there are 1835 CBSE schools in Tamil Nadu. Today, the Education Minister has reduced it to 1635 CBSE schools.
- He has quoted that 1.09 Crore students pursue education in State board schools in TN. According to the data published through policy notes of the State Education Department in the year 2023-24, 56 Lakh students are studying in private schools (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Matriculation, and State board), and 53 Lakh students are studying in government schools (State board) in Tamil Nadu.
- The Matriculation schools have a unique curriculum till Class 10 and only follow the Tamil Nadu State Board Curriculum in Class 11 and 12.
- In his statement, the Education Minister conveniently subsumed the matriculation schools in Tamil Nadu as the State board. There are 4498 Matriculation schools in Tamil Nadu, with over 30 Lakh students. These private matriculation schools in Tamil Nadu allow students to learn a third language until class 8.
- Hence, 15.2 Lakh CBSE students and a total of 45 Lakh students, including matric students, are given an opportunity to learn 3 languages. By this, it is understood that 50% of the students in Tamil Nadu are given an opportunity to learn 3 languages, but the other 50% are compelled only to learn 2 languages. Why this hypocrisy?
- In Matriculation schools run by DMK, Tamil is not a compulsory language but only an optional language. Why this double standard?
If the Tamil Nadu State Board education system has been tried, tested, and proven successful over decades, why are the wards of DMK MLAs and MPs studying in Private schools?
DMK should understand and rise above politics. This is not the 1960s. With changing times, our policies also need to evolve.
You cannot have one set of rules for your family and another set of rules for the deprived. We will continue to expose your hypocrisy.
