Till today , 2 engineer were assigned but no one came to my location & every evening I got the reply that parts of the ac is missing …I called to technician who was assigned for my request to know about which part , he replied that he did not get any request

He replied that this is smell of AC , I told him that I have another LG AC installed in the second room from last five years , this is not the case with that split ac , he denied and went…I raised the complaint for dirty socks smell on 14th April with request ID 1311714175
