Amazon with held my Full & Final Settlement citing "missing assets" that were already returned/replaced through its own DHL process. The story changed from 1 missing asset to 2. Employees shouldn't pay for internal asset-tracking failures.

Raised a service ticket with Kent on 19th May,without any technician visit or actual resolution, the ticket simply closed as resolved. Worst customer support and experience. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Need immediate attention and proper resolution.@KentROSystems

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 48 hours later, the issue is back again. 4th outage this month with @ACTFibernet. If bill payment is late, your team keeps calling. But when the internet is down after paying on time, there’s no support or urgency. Completely unacceptable service.

How do I contact TSSPDCL employees? We tried calling everyone the numbers are mentioned in the online list and every number is switched off. And there is a power cut off since 5:00PM(location:Suchitra). And no response from staff.
