Absolutely pathetic response from @pnbindia , 😡 Instead of beating around the bush, why didn't you clearly inform the customer that official financial transaction timings are strictly 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM? The customer walked in at 4:57 PM, well past cash hours.
Who is even managing this handle? It’s embarrassing that your own social media team doesn't know basic banking rules to properly educate the public. Stop the confusion and do your job properly.
