@IndianTechGuide @nitin_gadkari The onus should be on traffic authority to prove that a vehicle is causing more pollution than prescribed norms & then levy fine on it. The can check any vehicle randomly & put fine only if it exceeds pollution levels. Scrap PUC certificate!!!

@IndianTechGuide @Nitin_Gadkari if the intention is compliance to pollution norms, it is foolish & looting to levy Rs.10000 penalty for something which costs less than Rs.200. It would rather make sense if the vehicle is causing more pollution than prescribed & obviously does not have PUC !
