@Airtel_Presence The service agents are useless and do not take time to even understand what is being asked.
The turn around time is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable.
I'd like to close this WiFi connection please help me out with the steps for the same.

@Airtel_Presence Shit servie by Airtel WiFi. Multiple complaints and the service team is giving a turn around time of 24-48 hours which is pretty bad for such a big brand.
Funny thing is I am a shareholder of Airtel and this sort of service makes me loose faith in the company.
