@airvistara Its been more than 48 hours and i still do not see the reinstated voucher which i can use. When will the same happen??????????????
Remember you have not extended the expiry date and taken also 15 days to process my request.
Everytime i only see committment failure from Vistara.

3 mnth back I tried bkg 2 BC seats using my BC vouchers in UK546 fr Oct 2. Only 1 seat was available fm that day till Dec while 2 seats was available for Sept 30. I bkd 1 since agent said 1 more will come later. Can you pls help.

@airvistara Bhumika, This is a clear case of miss-selling. Suddenly, you changed BC seats from 2 to 1 in the given sector & even your agent wasn't aware or misinformed. You claim it as *Dynamic process* but nobody can explain what that mean? You clearly want to discourage BC redemption. Why?
