@NAEmmanuele As a high school librarian, I try to have students focus on gathering a range of expert perspectives prior to developing an argument. I also find that language like “perspective taking” is also more nuanced than picking a side.

I have to document somewhere that I bought these Birkenstocks my first year of teaching. I think they saw their last day this week when a chunk of the cork sole broke off in the library. 17 years!! 2 classrooms, 2 libraries, 3 schools.
