→③以外の情報を拡散したのは中国のインフルエンサーの男性。香港紙は報じているけれど、彼の身の安全をお祈りする。中国であれだけの人口がいても、たった1人しか訴えていない。

食に関することは一般でも関心が高い。
中国共産党が隠蔽せず「調査する」というのだから、実に気味が悪い。
中国国内で一般人の不満や怒りが、よほど大きくなってきていると推測してもいいのかもしれない。

【タクシー乗務員向け注意喚起】

今日、GOのAI予約で浅草の路地から若い中国人女性2人を乗せ、銀座まで。

予約名義はなぜか男性名でした。

銀座に到着し、支払いの段階になったところ、設定されていたGoPayが決済不能に。

支払いが終わっていないにもかかわらず、先に降りた女性が、車内に残っている女性に「早く、早く降りて」という感じのジェスチャーで急かしていました。

不審に思い、翻訳を使って「決済できないので、他の支払い方法はありませんか？」と確認すると、「他の方法はない」との回答。

さらに気になったのが、LINEの画面に「通信障害のため決済できませんでした」という趣旨の画像が、なぜか事前に用意されていたこと。

そこで「他の方法で支払えないのであれば、これから警察に行くことになります」と伝えました。

すると、それまで「他の支払い方法はない」と言っていたのに、交通系ICのアプリを出してきて、結局その場で全額支払い。

もちろん、最初から無賃乗車を意図していたと断定はできません。

ただ、
・予約名義が男性名
・GoPayが決済不能
・決済前に急いで降りようとする
・決済不能を示す画像を事前に用意
・「他の支払い方法はない」と回答
・警察に行くと伝えた途端、別の決済手段が出てくる

という一連の流れは、かなり不審に感じました。

同業の皆さん、同様のケースにはご注意ください。支払いが確認できるまでは、慌てず別の決済方法を確認したほうがよさそうです。

What looked like a single Houthi hit on the East-West pipeline is now looking like a coordinated hammering of the whole system.

Fresh satellite imagery shows Pump Station 9 badly damaged, with Pump Station 8 possibly hit too, both feeding the same artery that carries crude clear across the country to the Red Sea.

Take out one pump station and you have a headache. Take out two on the same line and you have a pipeline that could sit largely dead for 3-5 weeks, maybe longer.

The timing could not be worse. The East-West line exists precisely so Saudi can bypass the Strait of Hormuz and ship from Yanbu instead.

With that route crippled and Hormuz already a chokepoint everyone is nervous about, the Kingdom's escape hatch is the thing now getting welded shut.

This is the part of the map the Houthis clearly studied harder than anyone gave them credit for.

Three Chinese nationals in Kyoto ran a secret bank out of cash handoffs, moving money past China's currency limits and straight into Japanese real estate.

Kyoto police arrested a 57-year-old woman, her 56-year-old brother, and a 49-year-old associate on September 9 for operating without a banking license. Between October 2023 and March 2024, the group allegedly took in about 150 million yen in cash from clients in Japan across 12 transactions, then wired 7.377 million RMB to accounts in China, no license, no paper trail through official channels.

The setup was simple enough to run without a bank at all. One suspect received the yen cash, another passed it along, and the sister on the China side moved matching yuan from her own accounts into clients' designated accounts there. That routing let clients skip China's roughly 7.66 million yen annual foreign-exchange limit entirely. Police say the yen collected in Japan helped fund the group's own real estate purchases and business operations, with suspects telling investigators before arrest they needed the cash "for a real estate business" and to "obtain residency status."

Police believe this handled requests from at least a dozen people, with total volume reaching roughly 600 million yen, and the investigation surfaced only because it was uncovered during a separate fraud probe.
