大概 30 歲左右，可以感覺到按照我的使用狀況，即使身體健康，眼睛應該是會先不行（？
所以做了不少功課跟嘗試
雖然偶爾還是會眼睛疲勞，但應該還行，而且健康檢查也沒什麼問題

1. 睡飽
2. 不要在黑暗處看手機
3. 避免電腦鏡面螢幕，且避免光源跟鏡面螢幕反射
