@MediAssistIndia Your claim process is worst and useless. We are waiting from last 5 hours for simple 56K approval from your side and no one is responding. Now after waiting for 5 hours, your cc person is telling it will be done in morning time as no one will approve in night.

It is very frustrating on delay of train 18111. Train should reach Vijayawada by 2:45 PM. But it is still not reached. Please give some clarification why so much delay is happening. Its better to shut down such trains instead of so much delay. @IRCTCofficial@AshwiniVaishnaw
