"Let's fix it".
Sometimes, you just have to filter out people who don’t view you as their cup of tea but still take sips of your energy. Never confuse someone watering you out of comfort, convenience or circumstance as genuine reciprocation.
Your Excellency @jessica_alupo , thank you for this calm, measured and reassuring response.
We look forward to fruitful outcomes from those discussions.
#PayAllMedicalInterns
It's @ComradesRace week.
The last 8 months of training come to this moment. Grateful for everyone who has supported us on this journey.
Challenge #4, here we come.
Intern doctors are not students.
Unpaid medical internship is modern-day slavery.
Hungry and angry interns are a danger to the patients.
The @MinofHealthUG should consider proper renumeration of ALL interns under the new National Education and Training for Health Policy.
To every medical student about to enter internship:
Your silence is compliance.
To every senior doctor who went through internship with an allowance:
Your silence is betrayal.
To every Senior doctor waiting to supervise hungry interns:
Your silence is sadistic.
To every Ugandan who has ever received care from an intern:
Your silence is ingratitude.
This policy requires a collective response.
Not a quiet acceptance.
I'll be there speaking for the voiceless, weak & vulnerable; not because of genetics but just because they are young.
The neonates of the medical professional must be protected from inferticider & colostrum snatchers who negotitiate to fill their own pockets.
So help me God.
The nudge that keeps giving
“You can’t be great if you’re content being good.” - Dan Sullivan,
The difference between people is hinged on their choices. Those who achieve more have to live with a constant desire to do better and go for more. They constantly believe they haven't reached the peak and can still find solutions to problems, no matter how complex.
Every day, make a purpose to feed that nudge and let it drive your pursuit of more. #MoshehzDiary
Life is a hustle. There's no straight line or smooth edge; it's a mix of lows and highs. Just as the sun shines on the trees and broken pieces, you have to push through the bumps while focusing on the brighter moments. And I can guarantee you that moment will arrive.
Have a good day ahead.
Hold on to it!
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” ~ Viktor E. Frankl
Life can change very fast, most often due to events outside your control. Whereas we love the positives, it’s the negative changes that test us to the core.
In the midst of loss, gloom, and hopelessness, credit belongs to the person who remains positive, level-headed, calm, and focused on the greater goal. That’s the one thing no one takes away from you. Hold on to it. #MoshehzDiary
Focus on solutions.
“Don't find fault, find a remedy” ~ Henry Ford
Anybody can complain, but few focus on solutions. Talking about something several times doesn't solve the problem. You may sometimes feel relieved that you’ve talked about it and yet still find it standing.
Your job is to solve problems, find solutions, and move things forward. Posterity only remembers those who took responsibility and made things better.
This week, focus on finding solutions to issues in your field.
Have a great week ahead. #MoshehzDiary
“True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost.” ~ Arthur Ashe
Go out and serve others, that's where the real meaning of life lies.
Have a good day.
Keep it shining
“Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” ―Maya Angelou
As we move forward into the year, there will be situations that will require you to dig deep for inspiration, belief, and courage. This won't come from the outside; the most significant source will be internal.
Be ready in season and out of season, feed the inner person, keep them positive, and shining to withstand perilous times.
Have a great month ahead.

#FathertoSon. My Sons, you want to achieve your dreams this year 2025, Kindly draw water from only one well. Multiple wells may give you stagnant and contaminated water hence death.
Proverbs 5:15, says “Drink water from your own cistern, flowing water from your own well.”
Kabushenga’s Thoughts
The School of Life Starts
I knew that most people were distracted. The festive season that comes at year’s end has that effect on most people, if not everyone. We let loose and let go. And then scramble back trying to figure out how to retrace our steps. Quietly in our dark moments, we ask ourselves where we were. Later we will wonder how we got where we found ourselves as the year methodically and predictably moves on. This is where the School Of Life that for now carries my name has become an interesting proposition. It has been crystallized for me by the experiences of the last four or so years during which I have made a fulfilling transition into another way of life. I have made many discoveries and rediscoveries. One of them is to start at the end, in more ways than one. To start when no one is watching or interested.
So I chose to get two big initiatives of 2026 in the last week of December 2025 started. For a start you get full attention. One of the initiatives is the #Envisioning2026 Coaching Program. I asked some ladies who had been part of the initial meeting if they wanted my help to become their dreams. I made it abundantly clear that this was NOT a course or a training program. It was working with them on how to achieve exactly what they wanted to. The first step would be to spend an inordinate amount of time being absolutely crystal clear about what exactly they wanted. What that would look like when it came about. The next would be to develop a system that would help them do the work rather than depend on will power and inspiration. The third is the tools they can apply in getting the work done and then of course the support they would need along the way. This was going to last all of six months. After which they are well on their way to take charge of their lives.
The response was immediate and the commitment was total. I kept the numbers small, deliberately. On a quiet Saturday morning when everyone else was consumed by elections, we met for the first session. What I found very fulfilling but had not choreographed was how they all got along and engaged each other as if they have been on this journey together for years. We started by getting everyone to define who they are and what is important to them. That is what should define who they can become. Beyond this, they needed a framework of organizing these wants into areas of focus. Then the tools that would turn these into things they work on everyday. There was relief all around. First on relaxing that they were not alone in their overwhelm but secondly that it is impossible to hack your way out of this and into the world you want for yourself.
I am keen to see how they grow into the people they want to become. In the process I know I will not be the same either. In part because in order to lead this kind of process, I must put myself through it along with them. To learn, we must teach. What a way to better myself. It is called a bonus.
@UgEquityBank I give you the account number you kindly check however admin can generously drop a new year gift there as I am a faithful customer also 😁 and economy eli tight enough ku ground.

13 years since Sir Alex left - 10 managers.
The Man Utd story offers an interesting case study of challenges in management. Ruben is just a statistic of a complex problem.
In my 30 years of supporting Man Utd, the last 4 years have been the worst due to issues not related to the football pitch but more off it.
Nov. 2022: The Glazer family announce plan for a potential sale of the club, either in whole or in part. They finally allowed a minority sale in February 2024 after 15 months of speculation.
July 2024: Extend Ten Hag’s contract, and then sack him 4 months later.
Nov. 2024: Appoint Ruben mid-season against his wish and when he’s having an excellent season at Porto.
Was he the right fit? Did he have the club DNA? In my view, no, especially when he failed to adjust his system even after a streak of poor results. In today's business world, results are everything, and making a few changes to show pockets of progress gives you the space and time as you build your true DNA.
Anyway, they make him head coach, not a full manager, and do not give him the space to operate. They then don't support him with a squad capable of this club’s stature, and then sack him in January.
Ruben's record didn't add up or give us hope of a better season ahead. We thank him for the few beautiful moments and wish him the best.
Hope this time the leadership steps back and does a better job in getting his replacement.
Forever #MUFC
