Hello @Olacabs team, still i didn't receive my refund also i didn't hear back from you guys. Is this way you can improve your customer experience #Shame.

The journey which i have never for which @Olacabs has charged 314 rupees.Issue the refund.

Please note that, i have booked a prime sedan ola ride CRN - 7233288191, on 10th april, unfortunately, the ride was not completed due to some issue in the vehicle.
I have checked my wallet but still the money does not return back.
This is not expected from you @Olacabs
