@CMSGov I’m having trouble understanding how an increase from $5.30 a month to $28.30 a month can be considered “remaining stable.” That’s more than a 400% increase. Not to mention going from no copay for Tier 1 drugs to $5 and a doubling of the copay for Tier 2. Please enlighten me.

@eddiebauer @MelissaArnot Do NOT order from them. Placed order Nov. 25. Have had multiple chats since Dec. 11 each time telling me I had to wait until the 13th to request an investigation. Refused my request to send another item. Told today nothing they can do but issue a refund.

@UPS Joy? Don’t you mean frustration? My Nov. 25 order was sent to you two days later and has been trapped in your ironically named Mail Innovations excuse since. You blame the post office but they show they’re awaiting the order from you.
It’s one thing to go after a public figure. To go after a child shows an appalling lack of humanity, not to mention putting an innocent child at risk. Can’t believe @Twitter or @TwitterSupport have allowed this. SMDH
@RedRacer@Elder_teresa@WOW_WAY … tech 3 can’t find cable, leaves to get equipment and never returns; and tech 4 restores service to second box by drilling new hole through brick only to have customer lose ALL services two days later, you have an issue. And we have been loyal since 2007.

When a tech call for an internet issue gets resolved but creates a TV issue; 2nd tech restores tv service with a new cable but cuts/disconnects cable to the second cable box; /1
.@Elder_teresa of @WOW_WAY - we have had techicians out 4 times to our home in the past month to fix issues, and now we wake up this morning to no internet, phone or cable. The quickest your company can get someone here to look at our 5th issue is one week away. Seriously?
