Terrible support team. What absolute rubbish. Agent did kyc. Had paid for the semi Annual plan in morning, promised me installation by 1pm. Told to do payment and don't worry everything will be handled smoothly. Soon installation will be done.

The @Cleartrip executive misbehaved on call ordering me to voluntarily cancel the flight from my end, else they threatened to keep my amt on hold. Paid ₹6149 total fare, on cancellation trying to deduct ₹1519, estimated refund ₹4630.

Booked a flight in @IndiGo6E 6E-928, with PNR QSPFHV (HYD-SVT) with @Cleartrip flight booking agent. While checking out, there was wrong name entered for one of the two travellers.

Indigo proceeded with the cancellation with my consent, within 2 hrs of my booking. Thereafter, when I called Cleartrip, they told that they won't be refunding the full amount stating that @cleartrip’s cancellation charges and convenience fee remain non-refundable from their end.
