@IRCTCofficial I have booked a tour from your designated website. I got proper confirmation. It is the tour programme for SouthIndia for my old parent from Kolkata. But till date neither official confirmation from IRCTC nor the full money refunded. WHY?

Despite several complain PNB has not refunded Rs 400 neither they accept their mistake. It is a punishable offence.

@RBI @pnbindia @PMOIndia @jagograhakjago Very poor experience from pnb atm. My wife withdraw 20000 from atm but but got only 19600. She tried to complained but no one is giving complain no. Is it the way to treat with customer.

@EurekaForbes whenever your company reprentative was called he seems to be very busy with meeting. He dont want to give any update. It seems he is a very VIP person. And customer have not work to do. Very poor service. No one should buy product from them
