@SouthwestAir Really you apologize I paid for business select today which includes free wifi and cocktails I didn’t get either for a business traveler like myself that flies weekly this is beyond frustrating and instead of being done by 5pm today I had to work til 6pm cuz ur wifi didnt work!

@SouthwestAir Epic fail today flight 2606 sac to psp No Wifi No beverage service said its bumpy it smoothed out….business travels pay a premium for business select tickets but getting zero benefits is not fun. The crew should recognize wifi isnt working and reset I had to beg!

had 3 mechanicals we went back to gate twice. We had an amazing flight attendant Darlene that was positive and engaging the crew of course timed out..we boarded our 2nd plane and now no catering do better still at dfw

@AmericanAir did me dirty this am! Glitch couldn’t check in last night! airport kiosk nope wont work go to special services takes your agent 35 minutes to correct toh wait your bag tags didnt print 6:01am checks bags flight is at 7:01. Clear/Pcheck takes 45 min. Door closed.
