@zomato @zomatocare Even when customer support is contacted thru delivery agent, they will just inform u to accept the order under any and all situations as 0 refund will be provided. Customer cant even get to customer support agent on there own bcoz of AI bot

Y do u take orders when u dont have stock and then u r unable to refund the money as well.
I can get same product today from chroma.
Y u want me to wait few days even for shipping and again few more days for delivery.

Y there is no cancel order button and y cant support cancel order as well. Once shipped cant be cancel as per ur cancellation policy ..

Atleast cancel the other order JB-INO1067350, u dont even have stock and still took order only god know y.

And y cant support cancel these orders?
