@OnePlus_IN At the time of purchasing TV, it doesn’t tell me i would be charge for transport / service if its covered under warranty. Now how can you charge if product is under warranty

@OnePlus_IN TV warranty service is pathetic. TV panel is covered under 2 years warranty but the company is charging 1200 services charge and 2000 transportation to change panel even if covered under warranty. Then there’s no use of warrant. Request No. IN05382TV231120009

@OnePlus_IN i have already explained everything. received call from one plus team that they will check internally but nothing happened till now. Also, if product is under warranty, that means it should be free of cost. No TRANSPORT/SERVICE charge should be taken from customer.
