It is showing 0 balance. Ticket No EM02721190. I have made payment through PAN Verification. Please help!!!!!!!! @cbic_india

We have made duty payment on 5th April but amount gone to ECL wallet. We have applied for registration on Icegate on 10th April but till now no update. Complaint number IM02709342. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been more than 8 days since I have applied for Icegate Regn. My money is stuck in wallet since 5th April and day by day you are charging me interest, detention etc etc when I have already paid the duty! How many times do I have to write abt this!
