@HDFCBank_Cares We have an ongoing consumer durable loan via HDFC & due to se reasons it got delayed. So the collection department called & we were in contact with them but the person who is called is too bad in language. Even after payment she is scolding us.

@IDFCFIRSTBank Worst collection department of this bank & too heavy charges uf u miss any emi for consumer durable loan. Dhamkii de k baat krte hain inke collection wale ki hum ye kr denge wo kr denge.
I don’t recommend anyone to take consumer durable loan specially from IDFC.

@IDFCFIRSTBank We had an ongoing consumer durable loan from IDFC & for just single time we missed the payment but paid. Request was raised to remove extra charges & it was accepted. Now after 3 mnths we are getting calls to pay that due.

Recently we had an issue regarding the payment of emi of consumer durable loan. Your bank added 800 rupees as extra charge. We have never missed any emi but once in a while can be with anyone. There should be flexibility. We requested waiver but No response:(
