When I’m trying to reach support, there is IVR stating the package will be delivered with no option to reach a real human.
Get this sorted asap please

@delhivery There is no call from the delivery person for delivery. It was by default wrong update on the record thst the customer was not reachable. Its pathetic. The package was ordered on Apr 5th been 10 days yet no delivery. The delivery person is not picking up my phone.

This sudden change caused us Rs. 2000/- for a ride from Jalandhar to Ludhiana on a short notice. A mere Rs. 50/- drive to Jalandhar station went to Rs. 2000/-. Kindly do the needful and ensure no inconvenience is faced by passengers going forward. #IndianRailways

@RailMinIndia @RailwayNorthern I had a train 12030 scheduled from Jalandhar to New Delhi scheduled for today. I received a notification at 2pm for a train scheduled at 5pm from Amritsar that the train will only start from Ludhiana.
