@theficouple Always look at interest rate; low IR means market has low borrowing cost so growing faster, mortgage expense low so grow the money in the market pay low IR to mortgage and keep the arbitrage
@MsVeilMoney Buying good quality stocks at discount needs you to stomach negative narratives. I bought CRM, ADBE, NOW, HMC, GIS, TGT and all have given 25-40% returns. META will do even more, IMO the legal cases will have to settle for valuation, i dont think its a cash flow/capex story.
@Micro2Macr0 CBO is saying the $1 T interest expense will be 2.2 in 2036. So actions must demonstrate the talk. OTOH one positive will be high interest will drive more flows into US, if that leads to growth. The invisible hand is always more powerful than the governments

@AACenter your team at DFW keeps changing the gates between A,C and D gates, do you understand how frustrating that is for daily passengers. You need to go back to the drawing board for supply chain basics and efficient scheduling.
@DividendTalks Yes has starter positions in several, decent size in MSFT, NOW and CRM. You don’t have NFLX and META, I picked META at 550’s will add at pullbacks, started nflx this week after sell off
@SixSigmaCapital MU I agree is good, need the right entry. But when you look at Electronic industry as interconnected it is, everyone is raising prices on increased anticipated demand, not due to structural cost issues. In a longer cycle it is still a commodity. MU is in a unique spot
@Jack20911782@SixSigmaCapital I entered GIS at 33, at that time dividend was over 7%. For highly inflationary cycle consumer is maxed out, hang onto this stock for 2-3 years you will get 25% plus return. I own CLX, WEN, T,VZ under the same thesis. I was buying TGT last year in 80’s when it was hated
