The older I get and the more I understand how to ~perform~ at a job the less I understand how these shit companies stay up and running. @NastyGal@NastyGalHelp all of my items came broken because of incompetent packing and their customer service is just as terrible ๐

Hey @PCRichardCare@PCRichardandSon itโs been 3 weeks that your customer service has not gotten back to us about replacing our brand new broken AC. Itโs 90 degrees out and I have a small animal in the house. Is there anyone there capable of actually helping me??? Just wondering.
