@asianhospitalph We were told the results would be emailed in 6-8 hours and as of now we are at the 18 hour mark. We need to admit our daughter and those results will help determine what we are treating. Because there is no release from your end, taking another test would set us back again.

@asianhospitalph Hi how can I reach your medical records department? I have been told for the last 4 hours that the department is “ENGAGED” and there is nothing your call center hotline can do. They ask me to call back after 5 minutes to be told the same thing all over again.

My theory is we are used to refrigerating food (including rice) immediately because we grew up in hot humid climates where food spoils extra fast. We are not used to leaving food out for long periods of time no matter which part of the world we migrate to.
