Almost no one does when it come to these amounts, but those that have experience doing even a "partial audit" of much lower revenue organizations can tell you the validity of this "audit" is highly suspect.

I think that he knew that it wasn't the Gaza Strip but also knew that the headline was too good to pass up. He also knew that people like you would accept any excuse he gave. So why not lie?
