@Evanish 3. Lots of feedback comes in via "private" channels (not public voting board).
Think CRM, Support, surveys, phone calls, Gong, etc. If you're not tracking that stuff you're missing out on a goldmine.

1. You need someone to categorize inbound feedback & ask for clarification when necc.
2. Closing the loop with customers blows peoples' minds because so few do it
