3. Weakened Oversight, Article 95 & 96:- Diverting the role of the Opposition to support the regime diminishes its capacity to provide effective oversight.

4. Violated the Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012 Section 16:- This blatant conflict of interest raises questions on how the opposition can hold the regime accountable when @TheODMparty is part of the government.

5. Compromised the Political Parties Act, 2011, Section 14:- This act mandates that political parties maintain their distinct roles and functions. Where is the independence of the opposition now?
