Good evening, my sons account has now been permanently suspended, he has no access to his laptops or the money he is owed and we need to speak to someone about this but are getting no where on the app. Please advise me on what to do next?

@AskeBay I feel my son has been scammed out of 2 laptops. The buyers are saying that 1 received a sex toy and 1 received an item of ladies clothing. This has been reported,not yet had a reply, please advise on what he should do next? This is unacceptable and we need help please.

@AskeBay Please help me?! I bought an item as a guest, it’s not arrived and I can’t ask the seller as they are no longer trading. I try and make an enquiry but that makes me log in and I don’t want to log in as it’s not on my account, I just checked out as a guest. Please help?

@eBay_UK please help?🙏🏻 I bought something as a guest, however it’s not arrived, the trader is no longer exists on there and when I try to get help I’m struggling as it makes me log in, but the order was placed a as guest so it’s not on my order history.
