@virginmedia can you explain why my elderly parents in PE2 area have had no phone line since 17 July and have to wait until next Monday for an engineer.

Their lifeline doesn’t work without a working phone-line and are at risk without it, they are elderly and vulnerable.

@virginmedia No its a whole area everyone keeps getting told different information. They are all very upset and frustrated as lots are elderly and reliant on their lifelines.
Its been a week, I would expect with vulnerable people you would escalate this to a priority.
