@DVLAgovuk my mum sent her driving licence to you for renewal on the 13th February and is still waiting for it to be sent back. Original licence now expired. Can't get any help online or over phone. She is getting quite distressed about this.

@Lord_Sugar My 1st PC was a CPC 464 which was a Christmas present when I was 7 I think. I remember using it for playing games but cant remember what they were.
