Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) reports meagre preference utilization rates for Vietnamese trade agreements:

CPTPP: 5%
EU-Vietnam FTA: 26%
UK-Vietnam FTA: 24%

This is indicative that signing FTAs is only a first step.
